Samprec Academy provided training on Public procurement, this training covered all the essential elements towards compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007, Procurement Regulations and Circulars, Finance Act and other public regulation. It covered High Quality Materials and Realistic Practice Exams, covered the materials requires for public sector personnel that intends to convert to procurement cadre in public service. Simple, clear, and concise explanations were used to communicate with the participants. The participants demonstrated knowledge and were better equipped for procurement activities. The training was declared open by the Commandant General, Dr Ahmed Abubakar Audi, mni and a total of sixty (60) participants attended.

The participants were led by the dynamic head of procurement unit, Mr Owodolu Ayodeji.

   

 

Samprec Academy provided training on public service rules and among others. The training was part of the Ministry’s continuous capacity-building processes aimed at revitalizing the various departments of the Ministry. This training came in response to the internal advertisement requesting for training consultants in the subject of Public Sector Best Practices and other subjects surrounding the Public Service Rules. The training was structured in Modules aimed at covering topics such as – Overview of the Public Service Rules and Some Administrative procedure in the public service, the overview of the functions, duties and responsibilities of critical cadres in the public sector and among other topics. Participants for the training were drawn from the following departments/Units: Procurement, Finance, Stores, Legal, Insurance, Engineering.

The training need was champion due to the interest for fiscal and financial prudence of the Director General/CEO Dr Obi Adigwe.

Samprec Academy provided training on Project Management best practices for Family Homes Funds (FHF). Family Homes Funds (FHFL) has a commitment to put 500,000 families in homes by 2024 and in the process, create 1,500,000 jobs. FHF is one of the biggest housing finance institutions in West Africa and was privileged to support their Project Management Office (PMO) staff and all their Independent Project Managers (Consultants). It covered High Quality Materials and Realistic Practice Exams. Simple, clear, and concise explanations were used to communicate with the participants. The participants demonstrated knowledge and were better equipped for social housing project activities.
